this is a photo that a nice customer in california sent, of the three little birdies she bought all nicely framed and hung in their new home. don't they look so cozy and happy? :)

these were done for an upcoming show, single fare; each one is on a new york city metrocard (tiny!). after the show, if they don't sell, i'll be adding them to our ETSY shop. if they do sell, well i'll just have to do some more!

a few new birds and some news!

first the news: i (shauna) will be teaching a workshop at kanibal home in a few weeks! we'll be painting tiny animal paintings of course! here's the flyer, and for more info check out the kanibal home blog.

as for birds - this week they are in shades of pink and red, in celebration of valentines day just around the corner...
